Formed in the mid – 1980’s Kirmell’s main focus is to supply Pallet Feet, Metal Pressings and Cubicle Hardware in a number of materials. These include stainless steel, mild steel and also aluminium, from their base in the midlands. The company has developed into a quality presswork supplier to specialist companies and end user. Fundamental to the company’s operations is the use of it’s wealth of practical experience and expertise to provide a first class service and to work in partnership with it’s customers.

Welding / Fabrication

Kirmell Limited provides M.I.G. and T.I.G. welding of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium as well as offering stud and spot welds.

All our welders are fully trained and experienced in sheet metal work and general fabrication enabling them to carry out anything  with confidence and experience.

Presswork

Kirmell Limited  provide a wide range of metal presswork and have the ability to manufacture the pressed metal parts you require using our varied & comprehensive plant list, coupled with our fully trained and committed work force.

We have a fully equipped toolroom and a team of highly skilled engineers which enables us to manufacture press tools and fixtures and also provides us with the opportunity to react instantly to repair and maintenance requests from customers.

We manufacture  metal pressings from mild steel, non-ferrous metals and spring steel. Aluminium and other materials can usually be accommodated if requested by the customer.

Our metal pressings are custom made to strict specifications via close liaison and development with our customers.

We are able to produce countless variations of metal pressings, from basic stamped washers to precision blanked and formed components.

CNC Machining & Pressings

Kirmell has an impressive range of in-house facilities:-

  • More than 100 presses with capacities up to 250 tonne
  • Both sheet and coil feed facilities
  • Fully experienced in working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
  • up to 10mm and wire / rod from 2mm to 20mm
  • Modern brake presses up to 160 tonne capacity
  • BySmart Fiber 3015  6kW  Laser Cutting System
  • Full supporting machine facilities (CNC drilling and CNC milling)
